Privacy Policy

When you read, open a link or send us a message on BetRivers Guide (betriversbonuscode.com), some information is used, and this notice says which. Only BetRivers Guide is covered. There is no registration here, and there are no player accounts. When you follow a link to another website, that website's own privacy notice applies from then on.

What follows lists the information BetRivers Guide uses during a visit. Next come the cookies and browser storage that can be set, with the purpose and lifetime of each.

Delivery through Cloudflare (every request). Passed to: Cloudflare, Inc., which may process it outside the country you are in. Storage duration: set by the recipient. Purpose of use: delivering this site and keeping abusive traffic and attacks away from it. Data involved: time and date, browser and device details (user agent), IP address, address requested.

Logs of the site's server. Only when a request fails does the error log note the requested address and the IP address. Storage duration: 30 days. Purpose of use: running the site, tracing errors and keeping it secure.

Data involved: address requested, IP address, size of the response, response code, browser and device details (user agent), time and date, the referring page. Passed to: the hosting company of the site's server.

Clicks on operator buttons. Purpose of use: passing you to the operator's site and counting referrals. Passed to: the company hosting the site's server. Data involved: the request method, an identifier for the click, page the click came from, the site, the button you used, response code, the offer, time and date. Recorded only when you click a button that goes to an operator's site.

Click server. Data involved: the button you used, page the click came from, an identifier for the click, kind of device, the offer, the test click mark, time and date, result of the automated-traffic check, the site. Purpose of use: routing the click to the correct offer and filtering automated traffic. Passed to: the publisher's own click server.

Your IP address and browser details are used only while the click is routed and are not kept.

Country from the IP address. Passed to: the publisher's click server. Data involved: country (worked out from the IP address). Purpose of use: sending you to the offer that is available to you. For the country, the click server uses a local GeoLite2 database; for this the IP address is not sent to any other party.

Operator's affiliate programme. From here, the programme receives the click identifier and no other data: not your name, e-mail address, feedback message or any other way to reach you. Purpose of use: letting the affiliate programme report a registration or deposit made after your click.

Passed to: the operator's affiliate programme; after the click, your data is handled by the operator under its own privacy policy. Data involved: reference of the transaction, event type (registration or deposit), an identifier for the click, amount the event reports, the event status, currency of the amount.

Messages from the feedback form. The message is the only required field, and a reply needs an email address; the IP address hash is used only to limit repeated sending (spam), and the address itself is not kept; the same form lets you ask us to delete your message before then.

Our database backups, which can hold messages, are kept for no longer than 12 months and are then removed. Storage duration: 30 days, after which they are deleted. Passed to: the editors of this site only; messages stay on our own server and are never shared or sold.

Purpose of use: replying to your complaint or suggestion about this site once we have read it; your name and email address are used for that reply only, never for anything else. Data involved: your name (optional), an IP address hash (salted), your email address (only when you need an answer), the message you write, time and date, the page the form was used on.

Not present on this site: scripts from third parties, analytics tools, ad pixels, outside advertising, profiling, mailing lists.

• Our site: sets no cookies of its own and leaves nothing in your browser.
• Cloudflare, the service that delivers and protects the site: may add the security cookies listed below.
• The server that handles clicks: does not set cookies.

• cf_clearance (Cloudflare): remembers that you passed a Cloudflare security check; by default, 30 minutes; only once Cloudflare has asked your browser to go through a security check.
• __cf_bm (Cloudflare): tells human visitors from automated traffic; only if Cloudflare bot protection is switched on for this site; 30 minutes.

Blocking Cloudflare's cookies can mean its security check is shown to you again. Your browser settings let you block or remove cookies; the site still works without them.
